The Foothills Golf Club is a desert links-type course, but not really a target course. Seductively secluded in the ridges and buttes of South Mountain, the rolling fairways are wide enough, but the desert is always present. The desert terrain is also in play in front of some greens. There are lakes that come into play on three holes at the Foothills golf club including #14 and 15, which both play around the same hazard. Designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish, The Foothills Golf Club has appeal for golfers at any level, and would be an excellent choice to play on your next Arizona golf vacation.
