Stonecreek Golf Club - Arizona

Stonecreek Golf Course - Stone Creek

The Stonecreek Golf Club is a beautiful links-style design featuring water hazards coming into play on five holes and stone lined dry creek beds. The fairways are hilly, and the new greens are fast. The course closed for two months during the summer of 1996 to reshape the greens, mounds and approaches on six others. Several of the greens on the back nine of Stonecreek golf club are elevated and require a soft approach shot to hold. The number one handicap hole is # 6, a 389 yard par four. "I hit my 3 wood tee shot left, toward the tennis courts and then go back to the right for the shot to the green" said Curt Lerew, at AZ4Golf.com. "A driver will put you long and in the sand."  A Scottsdale golf vacation favorite, Stonecreek Golf Club has been redesigned by Greg Nash in 1984, Jack Snyder in 1986 and Arthur Hills in 1989.  You'll find immaculate manicured greens and fairways here every time you play! Stone Creek Golf Club also hosts the L.P.G.A. Mitsubishi Pro Am. We highly recommend the Stonecreek Golf Club as a Preferred Course to be a part of your Scottsdale Golf Vacations!
