Superstition Springs Golf Club is not a typical desert course, but actually
more typical of what you would expect to find in an Arizona resort course.
Superstition Springs is a preferred course for our Arizona Golf Vacations! The
fairways are wide open, but the holes can be very cruel on your approach
shots. You must be accurate and straight because of the many bunkers and other
hazards on the Superstition Springs course. The Superstition Springs golf
course measures over 7,000 yards from the back tees and is a former P.G.A.
qualifying course. The course signature hole is #9, a 425-yard, par 4, requiring a
shot over water to the green. "Lay up to the water's edge," says Curt
Lerew, at AZ4Golf. "Then play a careful shot in, towards the back
center of the green. Check the wind or you just may leave a splash for the ball-divers." This
club hosted P.G.A. sectional qualifier tournaments in 1991, 1992 and 1994.
Superstition Springs Golf Club is a Greg Nash designed course and is a favorite choice
during on our Arizona golf vacations!
